Ludlum Measurements provides the following instruments which were designed and tested to USA standards for intrinsic safety, permitting them to be used in potentially explosive atmospheres. Model 3-IS is a general purpose instrument that can be paired with any of several approved external radiation detectors for exposure rate or contamination surveys. • Intrinsically safe • Approved detectors with explosion hazards: Ludlum model 44-2, 44-6, 44-7, 44-9, 42-41L, and 44-38. • Detector range is typically 0-200 mR/hr or 0-500,000 cpm • Rugged construction with separate battery compartment Model 3-IS-1 is a gamma survey meter outfitted with a single, internally mounted GM detector for performing exposure rate measurements. • Intrinsically safe • 100 cpm/mR/hr sensitivity • 0.1 mR/hr to 1.0 R/hr detector range • Rugged construction with separate battery compartment Model 25-IS is a Personal Radiation Monitor with the following features: • Intrinsically safe • Display range 0.01 mR/h to 999 R/h • Lightweight • Rugged Construction • Shockproof • Water Resistant Design • Easy to Use • 6000 Hour Battery Life • Audible & Visual Alerts and Alarms Model 25-IS-1 is a Personal Radiation Monitor with the following features: • Intrinsically safe • Display range 0.001 mSv/h to 9.99 Sv/h • Lightweight • Rugged Construction • Shockproof • Water Resistant Design • Easy to Use • 6000 Hour Battery Life • Audible & Visual Alerts and Alarms
