This portable robotic pipe inspection camera can inspect areas 4 in. and larger up to 328 ft. For industrial inspections and includes laser measurement, distance counter, text annotation, pan and tilt camera head with optional zoom, and large touch screen display with easy to use controls. Records video and still images.

Benefits

The PTP70II pan & tilt head camera features a constantly upright picture, endless rotation and a panning range of -20° up to +110° thus enabling a comprehensive inspection from every viewing angle and in each position. Inspect area and pipes from 100 to 300 mm.

The multi-functional, portable VisionControl control panel allows carrying out inspections according to predefined standards, while the user can freely configure the text generator as desired. Additionally, it is possible to record the inspection video or to take pictures. Uses a daylight viewable 800 x 600 pixel touch screen display including a virtual keyboard and intuitively operable control elements.

The light weight and compact design of the Industrial Rovver allows for plant inspections or wind turbines, where portability is a must.

The cable reel provides 100 m (328 ft.) of continuous cable enabling the Rovver to go where push rod camera systems cannot reach.

The RX95 is fully steerable and allows the operator to keep the robotic camera system centered in the pipe without roll over and to turn 90 degree bends.

Integrated laser to determine crack widths allows measurement of defects and a better determination of damage to industrial systems.
