AscTec Falcon 8

Category: Robotics > Characterization and Inspection > Airborne System
Reference # : Model No :

The AscTec Falcon 8 is a robust octocopter with a design that favors practicality over aesthetics. With a compact body, the Falcon 8 motors are staggered along two side-mounted bars and a front facing, interchangeable camera rig.

The Falcon 8 can stay airborne for up to 22 minutes and can carry approximately 1.76 pounds of payload in addition to the weight of its built-in components. The 22 minute flight time is dependent on no additional weight being added, with the flight time decreasing depending on the payload.
