The Pipe Tapping Tools facilitate tapping, sampling, and draining the contents of pipe and pressure vessels. It is used for D&D work. This tool is classified under the D-Series. Two types of Pipe Tapping Tools are DDT model and D2 model. The DDT model taps into the underside of the host pipe at the line's low point. It includes a tapping tool, saddle assembly, and pipe cap for host pipe size. The D2 model taps and drains host pipes that lie along the floor or other areas. It includes a tapping tool, saddle and backing assembly, and pipe cap for host pipe size.
