Arbill supplies coveralls such as TychemSL and TychemQC ideal for chemical handling. There is also a variety of limited use coveralls from Taptex, TriGuard, KleenGuard, NextGen, and Tyvek.
The TriGuard SMS fabric consists of three layers of pliable, comfortable polypropylene. The two outer layers are made of spunbonded filaments that stand up to tearing and abrasion; the inner layer is made of meltblown polypropylene microfibers that filter out potentially harmful particulate matter and liquids.
The patented three-layer fabric construction of KleenGuard® A60 features a middle layer of microporous film that allows heat and sweat vapor to escape, yet protects against many dry particulates and liquids, even under pressure.
The NexGenTM coveralls offer great protection against asbestos and lead dust. Features microporous technology for a cloth-like, easy-to-wear fabric. It is aerosol and liquid-proof with greater than 99% holdout of particles down to 0.35 microns and cools by allowing heat vapor to pass through better for a durable and comfortable feel.
Polyethylene-coated Tyvek® coveralls provide excellent light-weight liquid splash protection from many acids and other liquid chemicals. They are used extensively in chemical processing, petroleum, pulp and paper and pharmaceutical industries. The Saranex 23-P film-laminated Tyvek® coveralls are ideal for chemical handling. They feature set in sleeves with bound seams to ensure there is no leakage at the seams, storm flaps and front zipper closure. Uses include PCB cleanup, waste management, hazardous response and nuclear environments.
