Conney Safety Products has a large selection of safety glasses, safety goggles, faceshields, and welding helmets. Safety glasses lenses are made of polycarbonate, making them lightweight and strong enough to protect the eye from impact. Most safety glasses meet the ANSI Z87.1-2003 standard for impact resistance and have adjustable or padded nose piece, adjustable or padded temples for ultimate comfort and secure fit. Other polycarbonate glasses contain anti-fog coated lenses perfect for hot and humid or cold environments. All lenses provide 99% protection from ultraviolet rays. Safety goggles are made of flexible PVC with adjustable straps available to fit any head size. Direct vent safety goggles create much more airflow, but offer eye protection in dusty work conditions with no risk of chemical splash. Versatile safety goggles allow for the use of prescription safety glasses to be worn underneath, and a respirator will also fit with goggles. A selection between polycarbonate, PETG or mesh faceshields is also available. Polycarbonate faceshields are the most common and economical faceshield selection available for basic face protection. A PETG faceshield will stand up much better to a toxic chemical splash than a polycarbonate faceshield. Mesh faceshields provide the most durable and breathable face protection option. They are impact resistant and lightweight, designed to take a beating from flying wood chips, splinters and other large particulates.
