The Brolga-003 Mobile Cold Spray System is a smaller variant in the Brolga line of equipment. Despite its smaller physical size, it features a full-functioning on-board VRC®Raptor™ cold spray system that can operate with compressed air, Nitrogen, or Helium. The system includes a Fanuc 6-axis LR Mate robot with a robot controller and pendant, which has a load capacity of 15 pounds (7kg). The Brolga -003 also comes with a hand-held applicator for jobs that require human interface. Additionally, it includes a deployable VRC®Raptor™ heater and powder feeder, allowing for sprays to be completed at the point-of-need, which can be easily stowed back on the trailer for transportation to the next site.
