The Brolga-002 Mobile Cold Spray System is a self-contained, mobile industrial system designed for various applications that require cold spray technology. The system includes a fully-functioning on-board cold spray system, a robotic arm, a dust collector, a compressor, a generator, and a boom hoist. The system is portable and can be easily transported to different locations. Inlcudes a fully-functioning on-board VRC® Raptor™ cold spray system, fanuc 6-axis articulating arm robot with a 22 pound (10 kg) payload capacity, on-board high-pressure compressed air process gas generation and storage, 1200CFM portable and deployable dust collector, Hydraulic extendable boom hoist, and a separate diesel generator with 70kVA output capacity.
