GPM-Eliminator™ MonoBloc Pump

Category: Waste Management > Waste Material Handling & Storage > Tanks
Reference # : Model No :

If vertical space is limited for a standard submersible pump, or if your application experiences frequent flooding, the GPM-Eliminator™ MonoBloc Pump is an excellent solution. It features a submersible-rated motor that handles water contact with ease, and its unique configuration eliminates alignment issues typically found in standard horizontal pumps. These pumps are mounted on a stand, or baseplate, elevating them two feet off the ground, making them ideal for challenging environments. Built to endure tough applications, GPM-Eliminator MonoBloc Pumps, offer a range of options including: site glass on oil chamber, explosion proof design, all stainless steel construction, various shaft alloys (304SS, 316SS), and high chrome fittings, including elbows and reducers.

Benefits

The GPM-Eliminator™ MonoBloc Pump offers significant advantages, including its compact vertical design that makes it ideal for tight spaces or flooded areas. Its construction with high-chrome wet-end materials ensures resistance to wear and corrosion, allowing it to handle challenging applications like pumping solids and slurry. The submersible motor and dual mechanical seals enhance reliability in harsh environments, while the oversized shaft adds durability and reduces maintenance requirements. These features make it suitable for industrial operations requiring robust and efficient fluid management.

Limitations

Despite its strengths, the MonoBloc Pump has some limitations. Its performance may not be ideal for applications requiring extremely high flow rates or unique configurations outside its design parameters. The pump's specialized components and materials could lead to higher upfront costs compared to standard pumps. Additionally, while it handles solids and slurry effectively, the pump might require customization or alternative solutions for handling highly abrasive or chemically aggressive materials in certain industrial settings.
