The GPM-Eliminator™ Mixer Pump is a heavy-duty submersible mixer pump designed for efficient and reliable operation in corrosive and erosive applications. It features a balanced hydraulic design, CD4MCu construction, and a tangential discharge nozzle for maximum fluidizing effectiveness. The pump is equipped with a premium efficiency submersible motor, a slurry mechanical seal, and a labyrinth seal to protect the seal from slurry intrusion. The motor is designed for inverter duty and has a UL-N83, Class N winding system, with a stator operating temperature of up to 200° C.

Limitations

Limited Solids Handling: The maximum solids diameter is limited to 3/8”, which may not be suitable for applications with larger solids. Limited Discharge Configuration: The discharge configuration is limited to tangentially opposed nozzles, which may not be suitable for all applications. Limited Operation Modes: The pump is designed for D.O.L. or V.F.D. operation modes, which may not be suitable for all applications. Limited Materials of Construction: The materials of construction are limited to CD4MCu, 316 Stainless Steel, and Class 30 Grey Iron, which may not be suitable for all applications.
