Along with learning to measure dose, the understanding and acknowledgement of accumulated dose is critical in radiation and safety training. Teletrix Simulated Alarming Dosimeters allows personnel to experience the realism of a working dosimeter without exposure to sources of ionizing radiation. The SD900 works as a standalone unit or in conjunction with SP900 Probe Paks and Simulated Meters to accumulate dose as trainees obtain dose rate readings. Features of the SD900 include a top mounted LCD display with uR, mR and R indicators. Sv units can be displayed as well. Includes customized dose and rate alarm tones and patterns to match dosimeter manufacturer qualities. Vibrating and visual LED alarm options. Compact sized case with pocket clip.
