Virtual Plumes is a computer program used to enhance the ability to develop scenarios for emergency preparedness drills and then play those scenarios out in real time with field teams that will be using Teletrix simulated meters to read radiation exposure rates. They allow participants to read radiation exposure rates and accumulate dose as if actually tracking a radioactive plume.
