Desco needleguns are offered in a variety of sizes and are all capable of being outfitted with dust collector outlet attachments for use on flat surfaces, inside corners and pipes. When utilized with Desco critical filtration vacuums, tools are designed for use of applications involving lead, silica and radioactive decontamination.
Model 16 - The micro needle gun’s 29 - 2mm needles are used for wrought iron applications. Weighing at just 4 pounds, it provides many advantages over heavier and bulkier needle guns.
Model 18 - The compact design of the Model 18 Needle Scaler allows it to fit into tight spaces where larger tools cannot fit.
Model 19 - Heavy-duty construction, durability, and value; a high production tool. There are three tension settings to maximize performance and compensate for needle wear. Dust shrouds are available for both flat and inside corner surfaces.
Model 20 - Light-weight, shorter, no springs, and a short stroke. Medium priced dust-free needlegun.
Model 24 -Durability, low maintenance, and ease of use are its main features. Interchangeable dust shrouds comply with OSHA regulations for hazardous coating removal.
Model 32 - This dust-free needle gun works when you can’t get air service to the work area; operates off of standard 115 volt electricity. Double insulated, so no grounding is necessary.
Model 40 - The Model 40 has the ability to conform to the contour of the surface they are cleaning.
