The vendor module allows users to browse and search through the stored D&D related vendors by entering the desired search criteria into the search field. The user may search for vendors using a basic text string search. The basic search allows the user to input a simple word or phrase (e.g., full or partial vendor name or area of expertise) to return the applicable vendors. Simply click on “view details” beside the name of the desired vendor from the search results and it will open.
Vendor management captures all the vendor related information, including vendor name, address, phone, fax, email, website and areas of expertise. Vendor information will be monitored and maintained by FIU.
The objective of the vendor module is to create and maintain a directory of available commercial D&D vendors. Users within the D&D community can find a D&D vendor with a quick online search and be provided with complete contact information instantly. Vendors that provide D&D technologies, materials and supplies, as well as services are included.
If you would like to add a vendor to the D&D KM-IT website, you may do so by contacting FIU. FIU administers the vendor information within D&D KM-IT. Contact information can be found at the “Contact Us” tab at the top of the webpage.
From the technology module search page, select the button beside “Vendor.” Then choose the desired vendor from the drop down menu. Results will return the vendor contact information and all technologies for that vendor that have been entered.
